Beschrijving voorzijde	A lion passant facing left occupies the central field, rendered in the crude but vigorous style characteristic of medieval Austrian hammered coinage. The animal is depicted within a beaded or rope inner circle, with the surrounding annular legend reading MEINHARDUS COMES in uncial Latin lettering. The overall design is irregular in strike, consistent with hand-hammered production of the mid-thirteenth century.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The central device features a six-petalled rosette or flower with rounded lobes, set within a beaded inner circle and clearly visible despite the worn surfaces typical of this issue. The encircling legend GORICIA DE LUONZE is rendered in uncial Latin lettering, referencing the county of Görz and the mint town of Lienz. The field shows the rough, uneven fabric characteristic of hammered medieval bracteate-influenced deniers of the Tyrolian region.
