Reverse description A long cross extending to the beaded inner circle divides the field into four quarters; the second and third quarters each contain an annulet, while the first and fourth quarters each bear three bezants arranged in a triangular pattern. A Latin legend encircles the design within the beaded circle, identifying the mint city of Cervera. The composition follows the standard iconographic formula for Catalan deniers of the period.
