| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field features a frontal bust, likely ecclesiastical or episcopal in character, wearing a crown or mitre with pendant lappets visible at the sides, rendered in the schematic style characteristic of early eleventh-century Bohemian coinage. The figure displays a stylized vestment with vertical linear detailing. A surrounding circular Latin legend frames the device, struck on an irregular hammered flan with the characteristic uneven strike of the period. |

Jaromír ruled Bohemia three separate times, twice restored to the throne by Henry II of Germany after being displaced by his brother Boleslav III and later by Polish occupation under Bolesław I Chrobry. The deniers struck in his name reflect a minting operation that was politically unstable at its core — production almost certainly interrupted during the intervals when Jaromír held no power at all.
Cach 269 is among the more elusive varieties in the early Bohemian denier sequence.
