| Obverse description | Central field features an elaborate ODO monogram composed of interlaced letters, flanked on either side by small crosses. The monogram incorporates a distinctive diamond-shaped O. A circular legend runs along the outer border, reading in Latin and invoking Odo as king by the grace of God. The overall design is characteristic of Carolingian-derived feudal coinage, struck in the hammered tradition with irregular flan edges typical of the period. |
