Obverse description Laureate head of a deity facing left, rendered in the stylized Celtic idiom with flowing, deeply engraved wavy hair and bold facial features. The effigy displays prominent almond-shaped eye, strong jaw, and naturalistic modeling of the cheek and brow typical of late Gaulish coinage. The hair is arranged in thick, sinuous locks radiating from the crown, embellished with leaf-like elements suggestive of a laurel wreath. The portrait is set within a beaded circle border, occupying most of the flan.

Reverse description A horse galloping to the left, depicted in the energetic, schematized manner characteristic of Allobrogian coinage, with legs outstretched and mane rendered as a series of curved lines. Below the horse, a beaded four-spoked wheel (rowel) serves as a ground symbol, a recurring emblem on Gaulish silver. Above the horse, the retrograde or standard tribal legend IAZVS is inscribed in Latin characters. The composition fills the flan with minimal exergual space, consistent with the struck style of the period.
