背面描述	Adjacent half-length effigies of the apostles St. Simon and St. Judas (Thaddaeus), depicted frontally in a hieratic Romanesque style with nimbed heads and hands raised in a gesture of blessing or holding attributes. The two saints are rendered symmetrically, their bodies joined at the shoulder, reflecting the devotional iconography associated with Goslar's collegiate church dedications. A beaded inner border frames the central device, with the surrounding legend + S-S SIMON IVDAS identifying the patron saints. The crude yet expressive die work is consistent with the hammered silver pfennig coinage of the Salian period.
