| Reverse description | A stylized columned temple or church facade with a prominent pointed gabled roof is depicted in the center of the field, the architectural structure supported by multiple pillars rendered schematically. Atop the apex of the roof sits a globus or pommel surmounted by a cross, symbolizing imperial and ecclesiastical authority. An arcade with three arches is visible at the base of the structure, consistent with depictions of the Regensburg cathedral or a generic palatial building type used on contemporary Bavarian deniers. The partial circular legend RADASPON C (Radaspona Civitas, City of Regensburg) runs around the periphery, partially legible on this specimen. |
