Obverse description Central cross with arms extending toward four pellet-adorned wedge or crescent motifs arranged in the quarters, creating a symmetrical foliate or cross-pattée composition. Each quadrant features a curved ornamental element flanked by small pellets, imparting a decorative, stylized appearance characteristic of medieval Hungarian hammered coinage. The field is plain and unlettered, with no surrounding legend. The design is bold and geometric, executed in low relief typical of 12th-century Árpád-dynasty deniers.
