Obverse description Central large cross with arms terminating in small crosslets, flanked by four pellets closely arranged around the crossing point. Diagonal linear ornamentation fills the four quadrants of the field beyond the cross arms. The legend GEISA REX, denoting King Géza, is inscribed within a border circle, with a known variant featuring an uncrossed letter A in GEISA.

Reverse description A plain cross centered within a beaded inner circle, with four pellets disposed in the angles of the cross. The annular field between the inner beaded circle and the outer linear border is decorated with alternating linear motifs and crescents, creating a stylized ornamental band characteristic of early Hungarian medieval coinage.
