Reverse description Central device depicts the heraldic arms of Elbląg: a divided shield bearing a Maltese cross in the upper half and two crossed fish (or anchors) in the lower half, separated by a horizontal bar. The shield is rendered in a compact, angular style characteristic of hammered late-medieval civic coinage. The design is surrounded by a beaded border consistent with the obverse, and no peripheral legend is present.
