| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field features a Carolingian royal monogram composed of interlaced letters forming the name KAROLVS, enclosed within a plain inner circle. The monogram is rendered in bold relief in the typical Carolingian style, with letters arranged in a cruciform interlace pattern. Surrounding the inner circle, a beaded or pellet border separates the central device from the outer legend.
