| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized bust of Duke Bretislaus II in profile facing right, rendered in a primitive Romanesque manner within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding outer border is composed of a series of radiating wedge-shaped or cross-like ornamental devices arranged in a ring, characteristic of Bohemian bracteate-related denier coinage of the late 11th century.
