| Beschrijving keerzijde | As a bracteate, the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, showing the frontal crowned bust of the ruler in negative relief. The crowned head with flowing hair and draped shoulders is clearly discernible in the incuse impression, along with the concentric linear folds of the garment. A partial letter or symbol, possibly a 'D', is visible to the left of the bust in the field. The beaded border is faintly present around the periphery of the thin, uniface flan, characteristic of the bracteate technique whereby a single die strikes through a thin silver sheet. |
