Obverse description Standing figure of Saint Maurice in frontal pose, holding a cross-staff in one hand and a banner in the other, depicted above an arch flanked by two towers. Two additional rings appear within the arch, while three smaller towers are arranged below the arch. The design is rendered in the thin, high-relief bracteate style typical of 12th-century German ecclesiastical coinage, with bold linear detailing characteristic of Magdeburg workshop production.
