Obverse description Uniface bracteate struck on a thin, wide flan of irregular outline with characteristic rim distortion typical of Bohemian deniers of the mid-13th century. The central field displays a raised figural or heraldic device enclosed within a concentric beaded or raised border, the design rendered in low relief consistent with single-die hammer striking. The broad flat rim shows the characteristic folding and cracking associated with the bracteate production technique. No inscriptions or legends are present on the obverse.
