| Mô tả mặt trước | Frontal bust of a ruler or ecclesiastical figure depicted in Romanesque style, set within a raised circular border. The figure is shown facing, with an elongated oval head and draped shoulders, holding an object in the left hand and a shield-like form to the right. To the left, a spread eagle with outstretched wings is rendered in relief, a characteristic heraldic motif of the Piast dynasty. A small pellet or annulet appears to the upper right of the central figure. The composition is boldly struck in high relief, characteristic of Polish bracteate coinage of the late 12th century. |
