Reverse description As a bracteate, the reverse displays the incuse (mirror-image) impression of the obverse design, a defining characteristic of this coin type produced from a single die. The incuse field shows the corresponding negative relief of the crowned facing bust and surrounding elements visible on the obverse. Surface patination and soil deposits are present across the flan. The thin silver fabric reveals minor flan irregularities and edge nicks typical of hand-struck medieval Polish deniers of this period.
