Obverse description Frontal bust of a crowned ruler depicted in a schematic, Romanesque style, centrally positioned within a plain inner circle. The figure appears draped, with stylized facial features rendered in low relief. Flanking the bust are highly simplified foliate or wing-like ornamental elements. A partial legend runs along the outer border, partially legible due to the irregular flan and typical wear associated with thin bracteate coinage.
