Obverse description Typical bracteate uniface fabric of extreme thinness, struck from a single die. The central field displays a raised, stylized figural or heraldic motif in low relief, surrounded by concentric circular ridges characteristic of Pomeranian bracteate coinage of the late 13th century. The flan is irregular and slightly dished, with a plain, unadorned rim. The design is minimally detailed, consistent with the simplified heraldic style employed at the Tczew mint under Duke Mestwin II.

Reverse description Incuse reverse, as is characteristic of all bracteate coinage, showing the mirror-image impression of the obverse design in intaglio. The concentric circular depressions and central figural element are visible in negative relief across the irregular, dished flan. No separate reverse die was employed; the reverse is entirely the product of the single-sided striking technique inherent to bracteate manufacture.
