| Reverse description | As a bracteate, the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, showing the bearded helmeted bust in negative relief facing right. The Hebrew inscription appears in reverse as an incuse impression. The surface is characteristically plain and slightly concave, consistent with single-die bracteate striking technique, with the thin silver flan exhibiting a slightly uneven texture typical of hand-hammered medieval coinage. |
