Beschrijving voorzijde Facing bust of Bishop Hartmann of Dillingen in high relief, rendered in the schematic Romanesque style characteristic of 13th-century south German bracteates. The bishop is depicted frontally, wearing a mitre and episcopal vestments with a beaded necklace or pectoral ornament visible at the chest. Flanking the figure on either side are small decorative elements, likely stylized crozier finials or foliate pendants. The face is rendered with large round eyes, a prominent nose, and a stylized smile, consistent with the naive but expressive die-cutting tradition of Swabian ecclesiastical bracteates. The entire design is set within a plain inner circle, with the thin hammered flan exhibiting the characteristic irregular scalloped border of the type.

Beschrijving keerzijde As a bracteate, the reverse presents a mirror-image incuse impression of the obverse design, showing the facing bust of the bishop in negative relief. The thin silver flan bears the characteristic recessed counterpart of the facing episcopal effigy, with the mitre, vestments, and flanking ornaments all visible in incuse form. The surface displays natural die flow and flan irregularities typical of hammered bracteate coinage. No separate reverse legend or independent design element is present, as is standard for this series.
