| 表面の説明 | A stylized eagle displayed with wings spread, rendered in high relief at center, facing forward with head turned slightly upward. The eagle is contained within a plain inner circle, itself surrounded by a prominent beaded border encircling the entire coin. The design is typical of late medieval South German bracteate coinage, struck on a thin flan with the motif appearing in relief on the obverse and as an incuse mirror image on the reverse, as is characteristic of the bracteate technique. No legend is present, consistent with the anonymous emissions of the Rottweil mint in the early fourteenth century. |
