Beschrijving voorzijde A stylized Romanesque church or chapel rendered in high relief occupies the central field of this thin silver bracteate. The architectural composition features a prominent central dome or tower with a decorative finial surmounting a pitched gabled roof, flanked symmetrically by two smaller rounded turrets or towers, each topped with globular finials. Beneath the gable, a rounded archway or portal is visible, suggestive of a Romanesque apse or gate. The design is contained within a double raised border of concentric circles, characteristic of North German bracteate coinage of the late 12th century. No legible inscriptions are present; the entire design emphasis is devoted to the architectural motif rendered in the fluid, impressionistic style typical of the period.

Beschrijving keerzijde As a bracteate, this coin was struck from a single die on a thin flan, producing an incuse mirror image of the obverse design on the reverse. The reverse consequently displays the negative impression of the central architectural composition — the domed tower, flanking turrets, and gabled roof — in intaglio relief. The surface is plain and unadorned, with the thin silver showing the characteristic hammer-struck irregularities of medieval bracteate production.
