| Descripción del anverso |
Within a beaded border, three towers arranged in a row rise above a stylized arch or gateway, the central tower being the tallest and most prominent; below the arch, a pair of deer antlers is depicted in low relief, serving as the heraldic emblem of the Counts of Regenstein. The design is executed in the typical thin-flan bracteate technique, producing a single-sided strike with the imagery visible in relief on the obverse and as an incuse impression on the reverse. The overall composition is bold and schematic, characteristic of medieval north German bracteate coinage of the 12th–13th centuries. |
