Obverse description Central shield bearing the civic arms of Worms, displaying a divided field with a tower motif on the left and a key on the right, surmounted by the initial 'W' above the shield. The entire device is enclosed within a raised circle of evenly spaced pellets forming the border. The design is rendered in the flat, single-sided bracteate tradition, with bold, slightly irregular hammer-struck relief typical of early sixteenth-century German municipal coinage.

Reverse description Uniface bracteate reverse exhibiting the characteristic incuse mirror impression of the obverse design, as the thin silver flan was struck from a single die. The incuse elements include a faint negative outline of the shield and pellet border visible on the reverse surface. No legend, mintmark, or additional design elements are present on this side.
