| Obverse description | Single-sided bracteate struck in thin silver sheet. At center, a stylized Gothic letter S enclosed within a plain inner circle. The letter is rendered in bold relief with characteristic uncial form. The outer border consists of a raised toothed or beaded rim encircling the entire coin, typical of North German bracteate coinage of the late medieval period. |
