| Obverse description | Facing bust of a margrave or ecclesiastical figure rendered in low relief at center, flanked on either side by a key in upright position, the keys serving as heraldic lateral devices. A four-leaf clover motif appears above the head in the upper field. The overall design is contained within a plain raised border, typical of the thin, single-sided bracteate coinage of the region. The style is characteristic of mid-to-late 13th-century German bracteate production, with schematic facial features and symmetrical composition. |

| Reverse description | Incuse mirror image of the obverse design, as is inherent to the bracteate technique whereby the single die impression passes through the thin flan to produce a negative relief on the reverse. No independent design or inscription is present on this side. |
