| Reverse description | Central motif consists of a plain cross with equal arms dividing the field into four quarters, each containing a pellet or annulet, set within an inner circle formed by a beaded or cable border. The surrounding legend VIDOCINENSIS, identifying the County of Vendôme, runs along the outer field between the inner border and the coin's irregular rim. The overall composition follows the standard type of French feudal deniers of the 14th century, with the cross serving as the primary reverse device. |
