Obverse description Prince seated facing on a throne, rendered in the Romanesque style characteristic of early Polish medieval coinage. The enthroned figure is depicted frontally with arms extended, holding regalia, surrounded by stylized decorative elements in the field. A rosette or floral ornament appears above the prince's head. The Latin legend BOLEZLAVVS runs around the periphery, partially visible along the irregular flan edge, enclosed within a beaded border.

Reverse description Stylized depiction of the reliquary of Saint Adalbert, rendered as a rectangular shrine or chest with a domed or arched top decorated with pellets, set within a linear frame. The Latin legend SCS ADALBER surrounds the central design, distributed around the field within a beaded border.
