| Reverse description | Facing stylized bust of Saint John the Baptist within a raised inner circle, similarly rendered en face with schematic features and pellets distributed around the head. The surrounding field features radiating decorative elements and fragmentary inscription letters distributed between the radial devices. The reverse design mirrors the obverse in artistic conception, associating the episcopal patron saint with the ducal authority, consistent with the Wrocław mint's ecclesiastical connections during the reign of Bolesław III Krzywousty. |

| Additional information |
Boleslaus III's reign saw Poland fractured by decades of dynastic conflict before he finally consolidated control — his 1109 defense against Holy Roman Emperor Henry V, including the celebrated if partly legendary siege of Głogów, defined his rule militarily. Coinage from the Wrocław mint under his authority is sparse, the low silver weight reflecting broader Piast-era debasement trends rather than any single mint decision. Kop#45 is among the scarcer attributions in the series.
