Reverse description Frontal bust of Saint Wenceslas depicted in a hieratic, Romanesque style, facing the viewer directly with stylized facial features including almond-shaped eyes and a pronounced beard. The figure appears crowned or nimbed, flanked by small architectural or symbolic elements on either side, possibly towers or attendant figures, reflecting the saint's dual identity as martyr-king. The surrounding legend SCS VENCEZLAVS is arranged around the beaded border in irregular Latin capitals, partially legible due to the crude striking technique. The flat, worn field and uneven flan edges are consistent with hand-hammered episcopal coinage of early thirteenth-century Małopolska.
