| Obverse description | Central field displays a small shield bearing the arms of the Bishopric of Lausanne, surmounted by a bishop's mitre or cross. The design is executed in a crude, late-medieval hammered style typical of minor ecclesiastical billon coinage. A circular legend in uncial Latin characters surrounds the central device, reading AVE + GRACIA + PLENA. The flan is irregular and slightly broader on one side, consistent with hand-struck production of the period. |

| Reverse description | Central field features a fleur-de-lis or similar stylized Gothic floral device within a plain inner circle, characteristic of Lausanne episcopal coinage of the late 15th century. The surrounding legend in uncial Latin characters reads B: EPVS: ET: COMES, an abbreviated reference to the Bishop as Count, affirming the temporal and spiritual authority of Benoît de Montferrand over the county of Lausanne. The strike is weak in places, as is common for hammered billon deniers of this era, with the flan showing irregular edges and some surface porosity. |
