The monogram, rendered in the Carolingian tradition, features interwoven letters with curved and angular strokes. A partial Latin legend surrounds the beaded circle in the outer field, fragmentary and partially legible, reading ✠ [ ] ИO [ ] OИG. The flan is irregular and the relief is worn, consistent with a hammered medieval silver denier of the late 10th to early 11th century. |

| Opis rewersu | A short cross pattée is depicted at the centre of the coin, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A single raised pellet is placed in each of the four angles formed by the arms of the cross, a design typical of Carolingian-derived Flemish deniers of this period. The outer field surrounding the beaded circle bears a fragmentary Latin legend, partially legible. The flan is irregular with flat areas due to the hammered striking technique, and the surfaces display light wear consistent with circulation. |
