Obverse description Stylized helmeted head facing left, rendered in the Gaulish artistic tradition with bold, schematic facial features. The helmet is depicted with a pronounced cheek-guard, a circular boss at the ear, and a sweep of decorative cresting rendered as parallel ridges. The legend ARIVOS is inscribed in the field before the face, following the curve of the surrounding beaded border. The overall composition is typical of late La Tène coinage, with a confident, abstracted treatment of the classical prototype.
