Obverse description Frontal bust of Saint Majolus rendered in a schematic Romanesque style, facing left, wearing a mitre and ecclesiastical vestments. The crozier is depicted before him in the field. The bust is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the circular legend surrounding it.
