Beschrijving voorzijde	Schematic bird's-eye plan of a fortified citadel rendered in a highly stylised Romanesque manner, occupying the centre of the coin field. The architectural motif depicts a gated enclosure surmounted by a prominent arched gateway or tower element, surrounded by crenellated or arcaded walls indicated by linear strokes. The design is deeply struck in low relief typical of late 11th- to early 12th-century episcopal hammered coinage, with no legible surrounding legend. The irregular flan results in partial truncation of the architectural motif at the edges.
