| Reverse description | Central field depicts two standing male figures facing one another in a wrestling pose, grasping each other in combat — the so-called 'wrestlers' motif distinctive to the Mozhaysk coinage of Ivan Andreevich. The figures are rendered in a flat, archaic hammered style characteristic of mid-15th-century Russian principality issues. A Cyrillic legend encircles the central design, naming the issuing prince. The overall layout follows the standard denga format of the period, with the legend running continuously around the circumference. |
