| Obverse description | A standing warrior figure depicted in profile, drawing or holding a bow, rendered in a crude but vigorous hammered style characteristic of early Russian principality coinage. The figure occupies the central field of the irregularly shaped flan, with limbs and weapon rendered in bold, shallow relief. The artistic execution is consistent with late 14th to early 15th century Tver regional die-cutting traditions. |
