Obverse description Central six-pointed star set within an inner linear circle, its points dividing the surrounding field. The circumferential legend is rendered in uncial Latin characters and reads PADVA, preceded by a cross pattée. The coin is struck on an irregularly shaped flan typical of hammered medieval billon coinage, with the star design occupying the full diameter of the inner circle.
