Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate head of Vespasian facing right, rendered with characteristic realistic portraiture typical of Flavian coinage, showing the emperor's strong jaw, prominent brow, and short-cropped hair beneath the laurel wreath. The bust is bare-shouldered and truncated at the neck. The encircling legend reads IMP CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG in incuse Latin capitals, disposed around the full circumference of the field. The die work displays the bold, confident engraving style associated with the Rome mint in the early Flavian period.

Beschrijving keerzijde The personification of Aequitas (Equity/Fairness) standing left, fully draped in a long chiton and himation, holding a pair of scales (libra) in her extended right hand and a long transverse rod (pertica) in her left hand. The figure is rendered in a static, frontal pose with drapery falling in carefully articulated folds. The reverse legend COS ITER TR POT is disposed in the field around the figure, attesting to Vespasian's second consulship and his holding of tribunician power in AD 70.
