Obverse description Veiled head of Hispania facing right, rendered in profile with a draped veil covering the hair and shoulders, characteristic of the personification of the Iberian province. A counterclockwise inscription arcs behind the effigy within the field. The flan edge is serrated, and the design is enclosed by a border of dots.

Reverse description A togate figure stands facing left, extending the right hand toward a legionary eagle displayed before him with wings spread open; behind the figure, a fasces with axe is depicted vertically in the left field. The composition alludes to the moneyer's family connections to Roman military and magisterial authority.
