| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field features two crossed cornucopiae surmounted by an eagle with spread wings, all enclosed within a laurel wreath, a dynastic emblem commonly associated with Mauretanian royal coinage. The crossed cornucopiae symbolize prosperity and royal abundance, while the eagle atop reinforces the Hellenistic royal iconography. A dotted border surrounds the wreath along the coin's periphery. The regnal year inscription RA VI (Regnal Year 6) appears in the field, dating the issue to the sixth year of Ptolemy's reign. The reverse design reflects the strong Hellenistic artistic tradition maintained at the Caesarea mint. |
