She holds a basket of fruit in her extended right hand and ears of corn in her left hand, emblems of good fortune and agricultural abundance. The composition is centered in the field with the two-word legend BONI EVENTVS disposed above in the upper field. The reverse die-work reflects the provincial engraving style of the Antioch mint, with somewhat flat relief consistent with the brief and turbulent nature of this usurpation coinage. |
