Reverse description Standing figure of Roma, helmeted and clad in military attire, facing right with left foot raised and resting upon a helmet. At her feet lie a dagger and a bow, emblems of martial power. Roma supports a shield on her raised left knee and inscribes upon it with her right hand, an allusion to the recording of Roman victories or honors. The scene is framed by the extensive reverse legend distributed around the periphery of the coin, issued by decree of the Senate as indicated by the EX S C formula.
