| Mô tả mặt trước | Bare head of Jupiter facing right, rendered in the Celtic barbarian idiom with stylised radiate hair fanning outward from the crown in bold relief. The facial features are schematically modelled, with a prominent eye depicted in relief and a strong jawline. The style reflects a deliberate imitation of late Roman Republican denarius types, reinterpreted through a distinctly provincial Celtic artistic vocabulary. No legend or inscription is present in the field. |

| Thông tin bổ sung |
The Eravisci were a Celtic tribe settled in Pannonia, around the region of modern Budapest, whose coinage closely imitated Roman Republican denarii — so closely, in fact, that their issues circulated alongside Roman originals without obvious disruption. This particular type copies the Jupiter denarius series, almost certainly as a deliberate strategy to facilitate trade with Roman merchants and soldiers operating along the Danube frontier.
The imitation is competent but the silver content variable, which is often the diagnostic tell.
