Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed armor visible at the truncation. The effigy presents the emperor in his characteristic full-bearded portrait, a hallmark of Hadrianic coinage. The surrounding circular legend is inscribed in Latin capital letters, reading from upper left around the rim. The flan is of typical hammered fabric, slightly irregular in outline, consistent with early second-century Roman silver coinage.

Opschrift voorzijde IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG
(Translation: Imperator Caesar Traianus Hadrianus Augustus. Supreme commander (Imperator), Caesar, Trajan Hadrian, emperor (Augustus).)
Beschrijving keerzijde The personification of Aequitas-Moneta stands in full figure, facing left, clad in a long flowing chiton and himation. She extends a balance (scales) in her right hand toward the left, and holds a cornucopia in her left arm, attributes combining the iconography of Aequitas (fairness) and Moneta (the mint). The figure is rendered with careful drapery detail typical of the Hadrianic classicizing style, occupying the central field. The reverse legend is distributed around the periphery in crisp Latin capitals.
