| Reverse description | The personification of Iustitia (Justice) seated left upon a high-backed throne, her figure draped in robes rendered with carefully tooled folds. In her extended right hand she holds a patera, and in her left a long vertical sceptre. The throne legs and footrest are visible beneath her feet, lending a sense of architectural solidity to the composition. The legend is divided around the periphery with IVSTITIA inscribed in the lower exergual area, identifying the allegorical figure. |
