| 正面描述 | Bare-headed and laureate bust of Hadrian facing right, with characteristic short beard and strong facial features rendered in fine portraiture style. The emperor's hair is depicted in tight waves beneath the laurel wreath, with curls visible above the ear and at the nape of the neck. The bust is truncated at the shoulder without drapery. The encircling Latin legend runs along the outer rim of the flan, partially visible and somewhat weakly struck toward the edges due to the irregular planchet. |

| 背面描述 | Standing male figure represented as a syncretism of Hadrian and the Egyptian god Horus, depicted facing right with right foot resting upon a recumbent crocodile — an unmistakable symbol of Egypt and the Nile. The figure holds a spear in the right hand and a parazonium (short military sword) in the left, combining Roman imperial military iconography with Egyptian religious symbolism. This reverse type was struck to commemorate Hadrian's visit to Egypt circa AD 130 and reflects the emperor's deliberate policy of cultural assimilation across the provinces. The field is plain, with no exergual inscription. |
