Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate bust of the emperor Hadrian facing right, with the characteristic short beard and curly hair rendered in fine detail, draped at the shoulder. The effigy displays the mature, idealised portraiture typical of Hadrianic coinage from the Rome Mint. The encircling Latin legend reads HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, distributed around the periphery of the field. The flan is irregular in shape, as is characteristic of hand-struck Roman silver coinage of the period.

Beschrijving keerzijde The personification of Felicitas, goddess of good fortune and prosperity, is depicted seated facing left on a throne or chair, rendered in draped robes. She holds a caduceus in her left hand, symbolising peace and commercial prosperity, while her right hand extends forward. The peripheral legend FELICITAS AVG is inscribed around the upper field, with COS III P P appearing in the lower exergual area, referencing Hadrian's third consulship and his title of Pater Patriae. The composition is characteristic of the allegorical reverse types employed on Hadrianic denarii struck at Rome between AD 129 and 130.
