The jugate presentation of the two goddesses is rendered in low relief typical of Augustan hammered coinage. The legend arcs around the upper and lower fields. |

The altar stands on a stepped base and is surmounted by elaborate architectural ornament. The surrounding legend references Caesar Augustus and the senatorial decree authorizing the issue, with EX SC appearing in the lower exergual area. |
